Refund policy

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a replacement or refund for eligible orders, customers must contact IV.by.IV within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue, including photos of the product and packaging.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for any approved return or exchange. IV.by.IV reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Due to limited releases and inventory, IV.by.IV does not guarantee exchanges for different sizes or products. Nonetheless, contact @fourbyfourhq@gmail.com for any questions.
